Kevin M. Esterly
Kevin M. Esterly, 53, of Whitehall Township, died at the Lehigh County Jail in Allentown, where he was held in a single cell. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio said an autopsy ruled his death a suicide by hanging. The Lehigh County Homicide Task Force investigated the death.
