Kevin Lowman
Kevin Lowman, 29, of Parma, Ohio, died at the City of Parma Jail on August 7, 2022. Parma police said a corrections officer found him unresponsive in his cell, and staff performed lifesaving measures before paramedics tried to revive him. He was pronounced dead at 10:31 p.m. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office was working to determine the cause of death, and police said the case remained under investigation.
