Kevin Lee Strahl
Kevin Lee Strahl, 53, died on January 5, 2012, while held at the San Luis Obispo County Jail in California. He was found unresponsive in his cell, and jail medical staff tried CPR and a defibrillator before he was taken to a regional medical center, where he was pronounced dead.
