Kevin DeWayne Bell
Kevin DeWayne Bell, 41, was held at Staton Correctional Facility in Elmore County, Alabama. The Alabama Department of Corrections said he was found unresponsive in his bed on April 3, 2023, and taken to the facility health care unit, where he could not be revived. The department said its Law Enforcement Services Division is investigating, and the cause of death is pending an autopsy and that investigation.
