Kevin Arballo, 33, died on August 5, 2023, while held at the Bexar County Jail in San Antonio, Texas. According to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office, a deputy found him on a toilet in a jail restroom on a Saturday afternoon, and EMS pronounced him dead at the scene.
