Kerry Roop, 31, turned herself in at the Washoe County Jail in Reno in August 2014. Deputies found her dead in her cell during a routine check on August 24. The Washoe County Medical Examiner's Office said she died of hypertensive cardiovascular disease from natural causes. The investigation was nearing completion when the report was published.
