Kenneth Wayne Douglas, 45, of Prentiss, died on November 3, 2020, while in custody at the Jefferson Davis County Jail in Mississippi. According to Jefferson Davis County Coroner Dedra Johnson, he had been held at the jail for only about one day before he died. His body was sent to the state crime lab for an autopsy to determine the cause of death, and the manner of death was still pending. The sheriff's office had not yet released information about the death when the report was published.
