Kenneth Ray Parr
Kenneth Ray Parr, 27, was executed by the State of Texas by lethal injection at the Huntsville Unit in Huntsville on August 15, 2007. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice recorded the execution. His mother, Mary Colonge of Bay City, and other relatives were with him, and he told them "I love y'all, man" before he became still. His brother Joe Williams fell to his knees after he was pronounced dead, and the family declined to speak to reporters afterward.
