Kenneth J. Parrott
Kenneth Parrott, 69, was held at the Oklahoma County jail and was hospitalized on February 18, 2023, for significant preexisting medical issues. He died at a hospital on February 27, 2023. The jail's director of communications said the jail and its health provider were working to secure his release on a medical bond when he died, before that process was completed. The State Medical Examiner's Office will determine the cause of death, and the manner of death is still pending.
