Kenneth McCullough
Kenneth McCullough, 64, was held at the Effingham County Jail in Georgia. According to the Effingham County Sheriff's Office, jail officers could not wake him on a Thursday morning in December 2018, and EMS pronounced him dead. The sheriff's office said no foul play was suspected and that the Georgia Bureau of Investigation was looking into his death as a precaution. The cause and manner of death have not been announced.
