Kenneth Hines
Kenneth Hines, a 40-year-old man from Rock Hill, died on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at the York County Detention Center in South Carolina. According to the York County Sheriff's Office, he died after a medical emergency, and detention staff found him unconscious and not breathing that morning. He was taken to a hospital, where he died. The State Law Enforcement Division has been asked to investigate, and autopsy and toxicology results were pending at the time of reporting.
