Kenneth Hayes
Kenneth Hayes, 64, died on September 24, 2015, while held at Sussex Correctional Institution near Georgetown, Delaware. According to a Department of Correction spokesman, Jason P. Miller, he had long-standing medical conditions and foul play is not suspected. Sources say another person held at the prison found him in distress and staff responded, and he was taken to the prison infirmary and later declared dead at Beebe Hospital. The state Division of Forensic Science is performing an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death, and State Police are investigating.
