Kenneth Hall
Kenneth Hall, 59, died on November 29, 2021, while held at the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections jail in Louisville, Kentucky. According to WDRB, he was found unresponsive in a housing unit around 4:20 p.m. and was taken to UofL Hospital, where he died around 5 p.m. The Jefferson County Coroner's Office released his name. A jail union leader said deaths at the jail point to staffing and equipment shortages.
