Kenneth Davis
Kenneth Davis died on September 22, 2018, while held at the Blackwater River Correctional and Rehabilitation Facility, a Florida state prison in Milton. Facility officials told WEAR-TV that Davis was found unresponsive, that staff notified law enforcement, and that EMS pronounced him dead at 3:33 p.m. The facility has not stated a cause of death, and the case was referred to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Department of Corrections Inspector General.
