Kenneth Bulle
Kenneth Bulle, 74, of Mount Holly, died inside the Burlington County Jail in November 2024. Prosecutors say his cellmate attacked him in the early morning hours of November 14, and corrections officers learned of the attack. He was pronounced dead at the facility. The Burlington County Medical Examiner's autopsy found he died of manual strangulation, and his cellmate has been charged with murder.
