Kenneth Allen
Kenneth Allen, 23, died on September 17, 2017, at the Two River Correction Institution in Umatilla, Oregon, where he was held in state prison custody. The Oregon Department of Corrections said he became unresponsive while speaking with staff. He was pronounced dead at 11:09 a.m. The department said it would release no further details about the incident.
