Kelvin Williams
Kelvin Williams was 64 when he died in August 2019. His daughter, Hattie Williams, said doctors had recently told him he had more than 20 years to live. He was held at the Harris County Jail and taken to a hospital in January 2018. His daughter says he never recovered from what happened at the jail and that his death was a direct result of it.
