46 years old · died October 26, 2024 · Washington County, Maryland

Kelvin Lashawn Baker, a man from Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, was detained on a sidewalk in Hagerstown during a search warrant operation and placed in the back of a marked police cruiser. Hagerstown Police said officers checked on him from outside the vehicle, and about 28 minutes later an officer found him slumped over and unresponsive.
