Kelvin Bunton, 31, was held at Warren Correctional Institution in Ohio. He was pronounced dead on December 19, 2019, at Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, according to the prison's public information office, which said the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances of his death.
