Kelsey Wolfe
Kelsey Wolfe, 29, was a young mother, and her family is pursuing answers about her death through their attorney. She was held at the Cooke County Jail in Tennessee, where she was found unresponsive in her cell in August 2021. As of a May 2022 report, the investigation into her death was still ongoing and no cause or manner of death had been determined. Her family's attorney, Lance Baker, said problems with reporting show that conditions at the jail are getting worse, not better.
