Kelly Williams
Kelly Williams, 53, died on October 8, 2025, while held at the Correctional Treatment Facility in Washington, D.C., in the custody of the D.C. Department of Corrections. The department said security staff found her unresponsive in her cell, and she was later pronounced dead. The D.C. Office of the Chief Medical Examiner attributed her death to diabetic ketoacidosis and ruled the manner natural, while the department's own report listed the manner as pending.
