Kelly Lee McGinnis
Kelly Lee McGinnis, 61, died on January 29, 2018, while held at Lawrence Correctional Center in eastern Illinois, in the custody of the Illinois Department of Corrections. A Bond County judge said he had been told that McGinnis was found in his cell and died of influenza. The Illinois Department of Corrections said it was investigating the circumstances of his death.
