Kelly Henry Rayborn
Kelly Henry Rayborn died while held at the Marion County Jail in Florida, according to the Ocala Gazette, which listed his name among people who died in Marion County Sheriff's Office custody from 2020 to 2024. A later Gazette report said a death-in-custody record for him was among seven the Florida Department of Law Enforcement provided to the paper out of 23 such deaths since 2020.
