Kelly Gibbs
Kelly Gibbs, 30, died on November 22, 2018, while held in Delaware state prison custody. The Delaware Department of Correction announced the death and said foul play was not suspected. The Appeal reported that he died by suicide by hanging in his single-person cell at the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution in Wilmington, and that he left a letter to his family. Young; a judge later excluded one of his letters from a related court proceeding as unreliable.
