Kelley Lindsey
Kelley Lindsey died at the Vernon Parish Jail in Louisiana on December 28, 2011. The Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office said Lindsey died after an altercation among people held at the jail around noon that day, and that Lindsey was found dead in a common area of one of the cells. The sheriff's office described the death as a homicide. Its account of the fight and of the charges that followed was reported at the time, and the investigation was still ongoing.
