Keith Osander

Keith Osander, 53, of Winona, died in December 2007 while being driven in a squad car toward a detox center. He had been taken to the Winona County Jail and then to a hospital before that transport began. Winona County Sheriff Dave Brand said Keith stopped breathing during the ride. An autopsy was performed, but its results had not been released when the report was published.
