Keith Farnham

Keith Farnham was a Navy veteran and a Maine native who lived in Elgin, Illinois for more than 30 years, where he served as a state representative. He was a bladder cancer survivor, and a local mayor described him as easy to work with. He reported to the Butner Federal Correctional Complex in North Carolina in 2015, saying he was in poor health. Federal Bureau of Prisons officials said he died there on June 18, 2017, and his attorney said he had recently written that he knew his days were short.
