Keith Devall Bliey
Keith Devall Bliey died on October 23, 2026, at the Bulloch County Jail in Georgia. According to the Bulloch County Sheriff's Office, his cellmate found him unresponsive in general population housing early that morning and alerted the control room. He was taken to East Georgia Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, and his body was sent to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation crime lab for an autopsy. The sheriff's office and coroner have not given a cause of death, and the manner of death is listed as pending.
