Keith Andre Robinson, 49, died on February 4, 2021, at the Hampton Roads Regional Jail in Portsmouth, Virginia. He collapsed in the jail kitchen as he began his morning baking work, and Portsmouth EMS arrived and took over before he was pronounced dead that afternoon.
