Katkeo Sayavongsa, 59, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, died in his cell at the Crittenden County Detention Center in Marion, Kentucky, on the morning of February 10, 2016. A deputy coroner pronounced him dead at the scene. An autopsy was scheduled at the state medical examiner's office in Louisville, and Kentucky State Police are investigating.
