Karl Tremayne Dora
Karl Tremayne Dora, 42, was held at the Henderson County Jail in Texas. He said he felt unwell after eating, and other people held at the jail found him unresponsive in his cell and alerted staff. He was taken to an emergency room and then to a hospital in Tyler, where he was placed on life support. His family chose to remove life support, and he died on March 30, 2026; a state report gave the cause as a heart attack, and a Texas Ranger will investigate the death.
