Karah Lynn Bowman
Karah Lynn Bowman, 37, of Veneta, died in a cell at the Lane County Jail on July 27, 2025. The Lane County Sheriff's Office said a deputy found her unresponsive during a routine check around 8:30 a.m., and she was pronounced dead at the scene. The Lane County Medical Examiner's Office is investigating the cause of her death, and no manner of death has been announced.
