Kailon Lewis
Kailon Lewis, 25, died on November 6, 2024, at the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky, a federal prison. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Lewis was found unresponsive around 9 p.m. EMS pronounced Lewis dead after staff had called emergency services. The FBI was notified, and the department said no employees or other people were injured.
