Kahlan Bradford, 46, died on July 2, 2025, at Medical Center North Liberty in North Liberty, Iowa, while in the custody of the Iowa prison system. The Iowa Department of Corrections announced his death and said he was pronounced dead at the hospital. The department has not given a cause or manner of death.
