Kacey Michael Roadruck
Kacey Michael Roadruck, 30, of Kokomo, was held at the Howard County Jail. Correctional officers found him in a cell block with a bed sheet wrapped around his neck, and he was taken to hospitals in Kokomo and Indianapolis. The Marion County coroner's office said he died the following day and listed the bed sheet around his neck as the cause. Kacey was a man, and his family and others in the sources have not been quoted about how he came to be in that condition.
