Died in jail or a lockup
Justin Welch
Justin Welch, 25, died on January 18, 2014, while held at the Marshall County jail. The Marshall County Sheriff's Department said he was found unresponsive in his cell that Saturday afternoon and was taken to Community Memorial Healthcare, where he was pronounced dead. According to the department's release, he was alone in the cell and had no cellmate.
