Justin Walters
Justin Walters, 26, was found dead in his cell at Riverbend Maximum Security Institution in Nashville on the morning of Wednesday, April 27, 2022. Correctional officers found him, and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation began investigating his death as a homicide at the request of District Attorney General Glenn Funk, with an autopsy scheduled. In March 2024, a grand jury indicted another person held at the same prison for second-degree murder in connection with his death, the bureau said.
