Justin W. Troxell
Justen W. Troxell, 30, a man from Sullivan, died at the Moultrie County Jail in Moultrie County, Illinois, on the morning of Tuesday, September 22, 2015. The coroner pronounced him dead at 10:45 a.m. and said the death is under investigation. Moultrie County Sheriff Chris Sims said the death was believed to be self-inflicted. Illinois State Police criminal investigators and crime scene investigators were examining the scene.
