Justin Kestner
Justin Kestner, 26, was a native of northwest Iowa, and his family's obituary said he died "unexpectedly." He had been transferred from Iowa to Dodge Correctional Institution in Waupun, Wisconsin, in November, and on December 21, 2016, he was found unresponsive in his cell there. He was soon pronounced dead, according to KGAN. The Dodge County Sheriff's Office is investigating, and Sheriff Dale Schmidt said it appears the death was self-inflicted and that no one else was involved.
