Justin Joshua Flores
Justin Joshua Flores, 31, died on December 6, 2021, while held at the Downtown El Paso County Detention Facility in El Paso, Texas. He collapsed in his cell and was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital about 20 minutes later, according to a KTEP report. The medical examiner's autopsy listed acute mixed drug toxicity, including fentanyl. The Texas Rangers were still reviewing the case when the report was published, and it has not been established whether staff tried to give him naloxone.
