Justin Hilbert
Justin Hilbert, 35, a Louisville man, died on May 21, 2015, while held at Little Sandy Correctional Complex in Elliott County, Kentucky. Kentucky State Police said another person held at the prison assaulted him on May 15, 2015. He was taken to hospitals in Morehead and then to UK Medical Center before his death six days later. State police said they had not released the name of the person who assaulted him.
Cause of death, as reported: Killed by another person in custody. Kentucky State Police say Justin Hilbert was assaulted by another inmate at Little Sandy Correctional Complex and later died at a hospital.
