Justin Dale Bradley
Justin Dale Bradley, 23, died early on September 20, 2014, while held at the Hamilton County Jail in Tennessee. Sheriff's office spokeswoman Janice Atkinson said he hanged himself with a bed sheet in his isolation cell less than 24 hours after being moved there from the jail's first floor. Jail officials said he was not on suicide watch and had made no verbal threat of self-harm, while another report of the authorities' account said he had been taken off suicide watch only days earlier. He was found unresponsive shortly before 1 a.m. and was pronounced dead at Erlanger hospital around 1:15 a.m.
