Justin Bradley, 23, died at the Hamilton County Jail on September 20, 2014. Sheriff's office spokeswoman Janice Atkinson said he hanged himself with a bed sheet early that morning. Less than 24 hours earlier, he had been moved from a first-floor area where people with mental health issues were housed to an isolation cell. Jail staff found him not breathing, and he was pronounced dead at Erlanger hospital around 1:15 a.m.
