Justin Alcholz, 30, was held at Lancaster County Prison in Pennsylvania. According to a Lancaster County office commissioner, staff found him hanging and unresponsive during a routine check on a Friday night in July 2020, and officers began CPR and used an AED while first responders continued lifesaving efforts before he was taken to Lancaster General Hospital. He died there the next afternoon, according to a county release. The Lancaster City Bureau of Police is investigating the incident.
