Julius Thomas Wilkins
Julius Thomas Wilkins, 66, died on August 24, 2017, after collapsing in a shower at the Hall County Jail in Georgia, according to the sheriff's office. The sheriff's office said he had an existing medical condition when he arrived at the jail. GBI spokesman John Bankhead said the death appeared to be from natural causes, pending an autopsy, and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation is looking into it.
