Julius Lowe
Julius Lowe, 28, died on July 5, 2024, while being held at the Cascade County Detention Center in Montana, a few days after being taken into the facility. The cause of death was still pending when the Montana Free Press reported it on July 16, 2024. Sgt. Pat McDuffie of the Lewis and Clark Sheriff's Office said one of three deaths at the facility was a suicide and another was a drug overdose, but did not say which death was which.
