Julius Hankton
Julius "JuJu" Hankton, 33, died on June 10, 2023, at Elayn Hunt Correctional Center in St. Gabriel, Louisiana, where he was held in the custody of the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections. Department spokesman Ken Pastorick said he was found unresponsive in his dorm shortly after midnight and was pronounced dead at 1 a.m. The department said the cause of death was unknown, that an autopsy had been ordered, and that foul play was not suspected at that time.
