Julio Mora, 89, of Hallandale Beach, died on January 4, 2016, while held at the South Florida Reception Center in Doral, Florida. The Florida Department of Corrections attributed the death to natural causes, according to the Sun Sentinel. The Miami-Dade Police Department and the Medical Examiner's Office looked into the death, which the newspaper described as routine.
