Julio Boch-Curup
Julio Boch-Curup, 21, of San Mateo, died on November 10, 2020, at the Maguire Correctional Facility in Redwood City, where he was held in the custody of the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office. According to the sheriff's office, jail staff found him unresponsive during a security check of his housing unit shortly after 2 p.m., and staff and the Redwood City Fire Department attempted to revive him without success. The sheriff's office said preliminary findings suggest suicide, and the death remains under investigation.
