Julio Angel Pabon-Delgado
Julio Angel Pabon-Delgado, 33, was held at the John E. Polk Correctional Facility in Seminole County, Florida, while awaiting trial. According to the sheriff's office, staff found him lethargic and unresponsive in his cell on December 21, 2023, and he was taken to a local hospital, where he died the following morning, December 22.
